Originally from the Deep South in the United States, Dana grew up with the sound of soul, rhythm & blues and gospel music. Her love for music grew and she went on to study vocal performance at university.
After moving to NI, Dana met musician Linley Hamilton and the two, along with some of the best Jazz musicians playing in Ireland, began a weekly residency at McHugh’s bar in Belfast.
From live work with BBC Radio 4 and Proms in the Park, to singing regularly with Van Morrison, Dana’s reputation continues to gain momentum.
Dana is very excited to be writing original material again and can’t wait to share it!
Support for Dana Masters is singer songwriter Nathan O’Regan.
