Lisburn Historic Quarter Arts Group aims to take a creative approach to urban regeneration through devising and co-ordinating a range of cultural and arts activities within the Lisburn Historic Quarter. LHQ Arts Group is a joint initiative from Lisburn City Council's Arts Service and Economic Development Unit. New members to the group are always welcome.
